Corrine Spells is an exciting case to me because she is the first supercentenarian born in South Carolina I am aware to have an original birth record. South Carolina is a state with an exceptionally large number of exaggerated supercentenarian cases, including 3 or 4 in the last 5 years alone.

Thank you for that information.
So, to correct, that was the last date we had 6 people aged 110+ before we became aware of this person born in February 1914.

I hope we can meet her soon to include her in the records.

Annie Nelson, born on January 13, 1916, in Princes Town and a resident of Diego Martin, is currently the oldest person in Trinidad and Tobago.
He died at at least 110 years, 257 days old, the youngest as the oldest person in the country since Rita Smyke, who died at 110 years, 175 days on June 21, 2024.
He remained between 273 and 303 days as the oldest person in the country, the shortest time since Stella Browne, who remained between November 15, 2012, and March 29, 2013 (134 days).
He was the first person from Arime to be the oldest person in that country.
He remained between 4 years, 349 days and 5 years, 14 days as the oldest man in Trinidad and Tobago, the longest time on record. News, surpassing Fitzoy Richardson who lived from November 15, 2012 - February 12, 2017 (4 years, 89 days)
Since Elbert Blades, there hasn't been a man as the oldest in the country this old; he died at 110 years, 222 days on November 15, 2012.
He is the first man from Arima to be considered the oldest in the country.
He is at least the 103rd oldest person in Caribbean history.
