Mr. Paul Philipp - of Halle an der Saale, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany - celebrated 108 years of life.

He was born on 7 June 1916 in Hannover, Lower-Saxony, Germany and is currently the 4th oldest known living German man 

and the oldest known living person in Saxony-Anhalt. Mr. Philipp still lives independently in his apartment.
