Ann Monaira Smith - of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands - has turned 109. She was born in Josiah’s Bay, Tortola, British Virgin Islands on 18 February 1914 to parents Helena Fahie William and Henry Smith, and is probably the oldest living person in the territory.
