Ottilie-Armilde Tinnuri of Rakvere, Lääne-Viru County, Estonia celebrated her 109th birthday, being the first ever Estonian citizen in Estonia to do so (excluding the 109-year-old anonymous woman). She was born on 3 February 1914.
