Mary Florence Walker - of Croydon, London, England - celebrated her 111th birthday last week. She was born in London on 28 August 1911 and is one of the oldest known living people in the UK. Coincidentally, she shares her name with Mary (Mollie) Walker (1909-2022), who was the UK's oldest known living person for the last few months of her life.
