Virginia McLaurin - of Washington, D.C., USA - celebrated her claimed 113th birthday on 12 March.
She claims that she was born in South Carolina, USA on 12 March 1909 (although other records suggest that she was born in 1916/1917). She gained national attention after a visit to the White House on 18 February 2016 to celebrate Black History Month, after which a video of her dancing with President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama went viral on social media.

"Ms. McLaurin is doing well and sends love to all on her birthday. She continues to be cautious about going out due to the pandemic."
Happy birthday! I hope she will reach her actual 110th birthday one day.
