Ho Thi Yen of Hoang Mai, Nghe An, Vietnam, has celebrated her claimed 110th birthday on 27 January. One of her daughters is 60, and she apparently isn't the youngest child, so I'm doubtful that she is the age claimed.

The chances of having children beyond age 50 is not impossible, but more unlikely than being struck by lightning.
My personal opinion: less than 10% chance of being true
