Mrs Mine Kondō (近藤ミネ) of Toyota, Aichi, Japan was confirmed alive two minutes before her 113th birthday (by her nursing home), so I'm guessing it's safe to assume she's celebrated her 113th birthday. She was born in the same city on 1 September 1910.
