Mr. John Tinniswood celebrates his 112th birthday today!

He was born in Liverpool, Merseyside, England, UK on 26 August 1912 and he currently lives in a care home in Southport, Merseyside, England, UK.

He is recognised by Guinness World Records as being the world’s oldest living man. He is currently the fourth-oldest living person in the United Kingdom, behind Ethel Caterham, Mary Florence Walker and Mary Keir.

The BBC article makes no mention of Shi Ping and I do not believe that we should consider him validated with the evidence that is currently available.
