Ms. Ilse Meingast of Cotati, California, USA, turned 113. 

She was born in Berlin, Germany on 14 March 1912.

Following the death of 116-year-old Ms. Ceccarelli, on 22 February 2024, Ms. Meingast became the oldest living resident of California.

She is the 5th documented OLP in the USA.
