Ms. Maria Carmela Ricci of Novara, Piedmont Region, Italy, turns 113 years old today.
She was born in San Bartolomeo in Galdo, Benevento, Campania Region on 16 April 1912.
She is the 3rd OLP in Italy and the OLP in Piedmont Region.
(we have several pictures of Nonna Maria Carmela but we are not allowed to post here them: family denied permission. I can only say she is alive, well and still able to walk)
