Here are a few photos of Ruby Levers, who - according to our best current knowledge - entered the top 10 upon the passing of an anonymous woman on 25 February 2024.

Aged 76

From the Plymouth Evening Herald, 8 March 1990 edition. Her husband passed away in October 2000, half a year after celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary.

She is currently just a week away from hopefully breaking the Cornwall longevity record, held by Ethel Tuck, which has stood for over 30 years. 

The anonymous woman in eighth place was also confirmed alive on Sunday. We have a few photos of her as well, and she is in pretty good physical health.
