What level of evidence do you require for someone to be included on a list like this? Considering that you have had no issue with including other partially documented cases, I don't see what makes his case any different.

1. He is not a pending case, yet (as Raymunda Luzia da Conceição, for example);

2. He is from a nation with great problems of reliability, in the past.

3. Private info that I am not allowed to disclose here.

When he will become a pending case, I will be happy to put in here and in other lists.

I'm not sure what you mean here? This isn't Joseph Mery Arthur, this is Arthur Green (b. 9 December 1916) from Maryland.

Arnold Rodgers joined the list on April 7.
He is the 10th oldest person in New Brunswick's history; his successor, Arthur Boudreau, is the 12th.
June 24 was the last time New Brunswick had only one name on the list.
February 16 was the last time there were four people from Ontario, and also the last time someone aged 110 was on the list.

Michael Hnatiuk joined the list on Feb. 16.
Feb. 6 was the last time the list had no one from Manitoba.
Now New Brunswick has 2 names; this is the first time that has happened here.
I overlooked the fact that he debuted on the list on April 15, 1920.
He debuted on June 23, 1919.
Michael Hnatiuk is the 9th oldest man in Manitoba's history.
Who is currently the oldest living man in Manitoba?
