March 11, 2024, was the last time anyone from Okinawa was on the list (Kikue Taira #5, interestingly the same position as Shizuko Kiyuna when she died).
Saitama returns to the list after January 28, the last time anyone from there was on the list (Kiyo Komatsu #5 at the time of her death).
