Mihályné Szemler (née Magdolna Kűhn) - of District XIV, Budapest - sadly passed away on 3 August 2024, at the age of 108 years, 320 days. She was born on 18 September 1915, in Késmárk, Austria-Hungary (now Kežmarok, Slovakia), into an ethnic German family. She worked as a nutrition nurse in hospitals for decades.
At the time of her death, she was the third-oldest known living person in Hungary, and she became one of Hungary's 30 oldest known residents ever.

She was the 3rd oldest known person living in Hungary and I believe she was the oldest living emigrant from Slovakia.
