Ms. Sarah Coyle of Dublin (IRL) sadly passed away on 14 July 2025, aged 108 years and 355 days (only 10 days before her 109th birthday).
She was born on 24 July 1916.
She was the known OLP in Ireland at the time of her death.

Sarah Coyle is the 16th oldest Irish person in history, her successor Eileen Hynes, is the 22nd. Sarah was the oldest person in Ireland since March 20, 2025, (116 days), the shortest time since Mathew Crowley August 21, 2022 - August 26, 2022 (5 days). There was also no other dean who died younger than her since he died at 108 years, 106 days. Sarah lived 108 years, 355 days.
