Mrs. Berta Platter (Austrian style: Platter Berta geb. Knittel) - sadly passed away on 26 August 2023 (last day of a more than 14 days lasting terrible heatwave with extreme thunderstorms and tempests on that day), at the age of 109 years, 75 days. She was born on 12 June 1914 in the Tyrol in the last days of peace in Europe as a descendant of the famous Knittel-Family, and was the oldest (known) woman ever in North-Tyrol and presumably the fourth oldest Austrian woman.
