Caecilia Theodora (Ciel) Steens-Hermsen of Berg en Dal, Gelderland, Netherlands died on 18 February 2024 at the age of 109 years, 84 days. She was born on 26 November 1914.

She was the 4 oldest living person in the Netherlands,considering that John Huang is still alive, born on 1 Feb 1914
