Ms. Noëlla Lemoyne (born Languérand) sadly passed away on 7 December 2024, aged 109 years and 348 days, in Quebec (Canada).
She was born on 25 December 1914.
She was the 3rd known OLP in Quebec, 8th known OLP in Canada.
