Hana Katō (加藤はな) - of Kakegawa, Shizuoka, Japan - passed away on 13 March 2022 at the age of 111 years, 72+ days.
She was born in December 1910. In September 2021, she was reported as the second-oldest living person in Shizuoka, after then 113-year-old Kahoru Furuya (古屋かほる).
