Ms. Germaine Monnier of Besançon, Doubs, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté (FRA) sadly passed away on 3 October 2023 at the age of 110 years and 229 days.
She was born on 8 March 1913. She was the 17th OLP known in France and she was previously known as an anonymous lady supercentenarian who lived in Besançon.
