Ms. Isabel Gomes Sarmento of Vila da Rua, Moimenta da Beira, Viseu District (POR) sadly passed away today, 12 January 2023. She was born on 27 December 1910 in Brazil and she was the Doyenne of Portugal at the time of her death.
