Mrs Toshiko Minagawa (皆川敏子) of Hiroshima City, Hiroshima, Japan died on 9 March 2023, aged 111. She was born on 16 October 1911, and at the time of her death was the second-oldest living person in Hiroshima prefecture, being one day younger than Fusae Miyamoto (宮本フサエ).
