Ms. Ruby Viola Lockhart, 112, of Bryan, formerly of Montpelier, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2024, at Hillside Country Living in Bryan, Ohio (USA). She was born on May 17, 1912, in Elkhart, Indiana (USA), to Andrew and Ida (Baker) Clay. At the time of her passing, she was the oldest person in Ohio and nineth oldest in the USA.
