Mrs Ei Suzuki (鈴木ゑい) of Iwata, Shizuoka, Japan died around 23 December 2025, aged 110. She was born on 15 September 1915.

May she rest in peace.

I previously thought she was a limbo case, because I've confused the name of her nursing home (which includes "Fuji," which also happens to be another city in Shizuoka prefecture) with her city of residence.

Overduidelijk misschien.

Be kind to everyone. Treat everyone like they're your own family. Don't judge others. Accept everyone for who they are regardless of what they do or look like.

She died at the same age as:
Lidunia Dalri 15 Sept 1892 25 Dec 2002 ITA
Jeannie Pattison 31 May 1901 9 Sept 2011 UK
Yoshie Satake 5 Dec 1904 16 Mar 2015 JPN
Tamara Krutikov 27 Mar 1912 6 July 2022 UKR SRB
Interestingly, Lidunia Dalri died in 2002 at the same age as her.
She is the 720th oldest person in Japanese history.
She is the 30th oldest person in the history of Shizuoka.
