Mrs. Fuji Arai (新井不二) of Iida City, Nagano, Japan sadly passed away around January 10, 2025 at the age of 110 years old.

She was born on January 21, 1914.

NOTE: As of September 2024, Arai-san was the oldest person of Anan Town, but her death was registered in Iida City. Most likely, she moved there some time ago. The oldest person of Iida City on the same September 2024 is a 107-years-old woman.

She passed away on January 6.
