Ms. Rosie Cook of Sylacauga, Talladega County, Alabama, USA, sadly passed away on 8 February 2025, aged 112.

She was born on 24 May 1912 in Goodwater, Coosa County, Alabama, USA.

She was the oldest known living person in Alabama. Ms. Cook likely became Alabama’s oldest resident following the death of 110-year-old Willie McGhee on 12 January 2022.

She was one of the 10 OLP in the USA.
