Ms. Doreatha Bishop of Barnwell, South Carolina (USA) sadly passed away on 25 January 2026 at the claimed age of 111 y.o.
She was born in Ellenton, a former community that was located on the border between Barnwell and Aiken counties in South Carolina, on 20 December 1914.

She was the 3rd oldest living person in South Carolina.
She died at the same age as

She was the 39th oldest living person in the USA.
She is the 6th oldest validated person in history to die in South Carolina; there had been no new entries in the top 10 of this list since 2023 when Jeanette Tucker entered.
She was the 151st oldest living person in the world.
