Mr. Juan Cobos Sánchez of Irún, Guipúzcoa, Spain sadly passed away on 10 January 2026 at 110 years and 167 days.
At the time of his death, he was the third oldest living man in Spain.
Rest in Peace.

@ale76 I know, but it turned out to be Cobos, not Cobo. As you can see, at the obituary you have provided his surname is Cobos.

Juan Cobos Sánchez, a resident of Irun, Basque Country, Spain, passed away on 10 January, at the age of 110 years, 167 days.
Juan Cobo Sánchez was born in Jerte, Cáceres, Extremadura, Spain, on 27 July 1915. At some point, he married Natividad Torrico, and the couple had three children. He arrived in Irun in the 1950s, where he spent his life and raised his family.
At the time of his passing, he had six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
