Mitavale Levaopolo Sione was a Samoan centenarian who is the third-oldest claim ever from Samoa. She is listed as limbo on Gerontology Wiki, but I found her death date on FamilySearch.

• Death: 20 February 2017

Note: she is listed as Taisia Levaopolo Sione on the FamilySearch tree, however I am sure that is just a small mistake by the creator.
