According a newspaper article, there is a 107-year-old woman living in St. Gallen in the Wienerberg retirement home. No name in the article.

@ale76 Hi Ale, I found her case a few months ago and her name is Lisette Diener-Grauer and she was born in 1916. No exact birthdate known yet.

About swiss emigrants, Ms. Leonilde Conconi sadly passed away on 9 June 2023, aged 108 years and 329 days, in Uggiate Trevano, Como, Lombardy Region, Italy.

She was born in Coldrerio, Ticino, Switzerland, on 15 July 1914.

She was the 3rd OLP born in Switzerland.

The oldest known man in Switzerland who was not anonymous, Max Meyer (born in Aargau in 4 Nov 1917, where he also died) died on 12 Jan 2024 according to an update on Wiki, but I didn't find sources, does anyone know if there is a source? It was only mentioned in club 110 yesterday in a post

There is also a new article on the upcoming 111th birthday of Swiss Doyenne Mrs Martha Anna Furrer, born on 23 June 1913.

 

The article, dated from the 6th of June also has some new interesting information and a new picture of Mrs Furrer.

On 25 July 2024 the list had 2 110+ and now it has only 1, returning to the amount on the list from the previous day, as this was Martha Bühler's birthday, who entered the list on 6 Jun 2022, and since then Lucerne was present on the list, and now it is no longer there. Vaud now has 3 representatives here, the highest number since the list of 18 May 2023, in the following list (3 July 2023) it lost Richard Mercier and fell to 2
