Has Eusebio Quintero Lopez of Colombia been validated? It says he's still unvalidated according to gerontology.fandom.com 

@aquanaut_chalk he's validated by the LAS.

@930310 yeah I was pretty sure I had seen a post on here confirming his validation. Is it possible for someone to update gerontology website? I would have no idea on where to even start.

Edit: I think I'm getting a bit confused here if someone could please explain to me. Is the LAS a subdivision of the GRG or something else entirely? I thought it was part of the GRG.

I believe the LAS (and the ESO) are streets ahead of the GRG in terms of its systems, its general organisation, processes and of course its results.

Whilst it may be in the interests of the LAS to see the GRG as an affiliate or similar, its quite possible that becoming a subdivision, or a subsidiary of the GRG, could be a step backwards for LAS, if it ever occurred.

It may also be fair to say that unless the GRG changes its entire set-up, it may no longer be relevant for validations at some stage in the near future. That is certainly not the case for the LAS or the ESO.   

Anyway, each of those groups will know better than me, on this issue. 

Thank you @ale76 and @ChrisR for clearing that up for me. I had always gotten my sources from the fandom site, so that's I was very confused why it still said unvalidated for a lot of people. I will start getting my info from the LAS from now on, because the fandom site and Wikipedia aren't as accurate. Appreciate your guys time.

Is it possible to detail the letters LAS/ESO ? And perhaps detail for each pending case in which organism he is pending ?

I can try and do that on the twice monthly updates that are included here, but I don’t know who deals with the Wikipedia information.
