I have to correct myself here, as the Mary Phil Cota (111) - Rosabell Fenstermaker (113) - Elinor Audrey Champion (98) trio (322 years, 309 days) and the Esther Pauilne Hardenburgh (97) - Harriet Menges (109) - Grace Thaxton (114) trio (321 years, 92 days) were both older than the two I mentioned. 

 

Fenstermaker was 111 at the time of her death.

She went on to live to the age of 107 years, 120 days; combining that with her mother's final age of 113 years, 50 days, we get a total age of 220 years, 170 days for this mother-daughter pair, which means they're in the top 10 in that category as well.
