If you are talking about general strength and robustness of some reaching extreme longevity (say 117.0+) then Violet Brown was the best example that I personally can recall.

I'd have to go with Lucile Randon, who seemed very healthy for a person of 118 years. 

 

EDIT: I forgot, Lucile Randon had a heart attack at 91. I think maybe Sarah Knauss or Marie Louise Meilleur was able to escape diseases the best.

Like what would your reaction be?

 

Personally, I would be astounded. If you asked me this question 2 years ago, I would've been surprised, but not amazed. Now that I know how rare it is for a woman to see her 120s, a woman reaching 130 is just out of the ballpark rare. 

 

How do you think it would change the dynamic of how we view supercentenarians?

(I hope I live long enough to someday see a 130 year old person ACTUALLY validated, but I fear it won't be for another 200 years or so sadly, unless something huge changes in the medical field)
