I wish all members a successful and happy new year with the post of Ferenc Bakó (b. 9 November 1917), Hungary's doyen:

I wish all peoples of our planet a very happy, peaceful, killing-free, prosperous and lucky new year of 2025. Feri bácsi.

I apologize; from my wish I excluded our fellow human beings living on space stations. For them, besides the wishes above, I wish a lucky and healthy landing.

Happy New Year to everyone.

I dont think we have any New Zealanders on the site who would have got there two hours ago - but the east coast of Australia is in 2025 now.
