According to the Gerontology Wiki site, he was last confirmed alive a few days after his claimed 112th birthday in October 2023. However, he was confirmed alive privately to me on 03 January 2024. I also found a mention of him from a website from 18 January 2024, but I don't know how reliable this website is. Regardless, he has been confirmed alive on 2024. I also have 3 photos of him from 2024, but I'm not sure I'm allowed to share them here.

I located a possible matching birth record from FamilySearch for an Anastacia Lopez Pérez from San Salvador, Mexico who was born in 1928. Since I don't know the names of her family members, I cannot be sure it's her.

If his claimed age is true, he would be older than John Tinniswood, and hold the title of the WOLM. I have researched his case (remember, I'm an amateur) and I could not find anything on him. Not a single piece of documentation to either support or disprove his case. I believe that I was the person who discovered his case as I had never seen anything about him on any forum until I mentioned him here and on the110club. Every researcher I spoke to (I spoke to like 4) had never heard of him. I have the contact information of his family, and I am planning to contact them to see if they're interested in him being researched further and possibly recognized as the WOLM.
