There is an earlier naturalisation record for Rose Girone available, actually, which we've known about for quite some time.

Likewise, for Ilse Meingast, all of these records have already been in our possession for a while. I'm surprised they've only now been discovered by someone else!

Is it possible to find records for British Columbia's oldest person Flora Wallin? The thing is, we don't know where she was born or her maiden name because the sources are just her grandson's Facebook posts. Her grandson also linked her Facebook page in his posts (which I assume a family member created and there is no posts on it) and it says she went to Vancouver Island University which means there's a good chance she was born in BC

According to her gerontology fandom page, she was born in Kiebel, Province of Posen, German Empire, which is now Keblowo, Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland. FamilySearch's church records for that town only go up until the 1880s, so I searched around on a  few other Polish genealogy sites and found some Kębłowo records on Metryki GenBaza. However, as can be seen here, there were no recorded births between 7 Nov 1911 and 23 Nov 1911 and none of the individuals born in the later half of the year have the name Gertruda. I am not entirely confident this is the same Kębłowo, as there are several towns with that name, but the filing system seems to indicate that the town is in the former Gdansk Voivodeship, which is where the relevant Kębłowo is located. Apparently the Pomeranian Genealogical Society also has indices for those records, which can be found here. I searched the 1911 year and found only one "Gertruda/e", a "Gertrud Helen Cirotzki", born in the first half of the year. Given that she immigrated in the 2000s, her immigration records are not public record yet. It would be helpful to know her maiden name to see if maybe she was born in a nearby locality.

Her 105th birthday report from a Polish organization in Canada gives her location of birth as "Klebowie, w woj. poznańskie." I'm wondering if this is any of the following Polish towns:

• Kębłowo, Wolsztyn county, formerly in Poznan Voivodeship
• Kębłowo, Września county, formerly in Poznan Voivodeship
• Chlebowo, Września County, present Greater Poland Voivodeship, former Poznan Voivodeship

Less likely candidates

• Kłębowo, Lidzbark County, present Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, former Olsztyn Voivodeship (this city was formerly the German Wernegitten, which has church records on FS up until 1888). Records likely held by this church. 
• Kłębów, Radzyń county, present Lublin Voivodeship, former Bialsko-Podlaskie Voivodeship
• Kłębowiec, Wałcz County, present West Pomeranian Voivodeship, former Piła Voivodeship
• Any of the other towns named Chlebowo.

Re, Rose Girone, the Jewish records are a completely different thing. But once again, I think that someone has identified the wrong Janów on the gerontology wiki. Her entry in the Holocaust survivors database indicates a place of birth of "Janów / Lublin / Poland". There are a few possible Janows in Lublin Voivodeship; Janów, Chełm County, Janów, Lublin County, Janów Lubelski

Earliest record I can locate at the moment is her 1947 US arrival record. Her 1953 naturalization records also indicate 1912. 

Ilse Meingast

As for Ilse Meingast, German birth records are notoriously hard to obtain. Her naturalization record indicates her name upon entry to the US in 1961 was "Ilse Gertrud Jacob", and that she married a man George Meingast in 1962 in Nevada. Her "alien case file" indicates she arrived in Nov 1961 in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico? Another naturalization record for her son (Klaus F Jacob) indicates birth in Neukölln, Berlin

There is a marriage record for a "Ilse Gertrud Ziebarth" marrying a Franz Karl Jacob on 26 Oct 1932. The birth date of this Ilse Gertrud Ziebarth is recorded as "14 Mar 1912", and that her birth was recorded in Neukölln III (a registry office) as certificate Nr. 443. Unfortunately, the birth records for Neukölln III are not yet online, but it seems that for about 31 euros, you can order the certificate from the Berlin state archives (after 110 years, the local registry offices send their birth records to the state archive). 

If she was born in Neukölln, there are some possible churches she could have been baptized in. I looked through most of these and didn't find any match.

I searched the Berlin births on Ancestry up until 1908 to find births registered at the Rixdorf registration office. This gives a list of the following family units:

There's now 4 112-year-olds in Canada and the US born in Europe and none of them are validated right now so it would be cool to see that change

Current public records indicate that a Victoria Rozelle, born in "Jun 1913" (sometimes these are off), resides in Hudson, MI and is associated with her son and his daughter. Searching past census records, we find a "Victoria A Rogelle", age 36, born in New York, living in Hudson, Michigan in the 1950 census. Similarly, the 1940 census yields a "Victoria A Rozelle", age 26, born in New York, living in Hudson, Michigan. Searching for marriages between a "Lewis Rozelle" and a "Victoria", we find a "Victoria Ann Morgan", daughter of Joe Morgan and Stella Morres, marrying Lewis Curtis Rozelle on 2 Jan 1935 in Hudson, Michigan. Searching obituaries for a "Victoria Rozelle", we find several obituaries of siblings that mention a Victoria Rozelle of Hudson, Michigan. These confirm her name at birth was some variant of "Moczarski". Searching for previous records in New York under that name, we locate the 1920 census return, with a "Victoria Mokeski", age 7, born in New York, in Syracuse, New York with her parents Joseph and Stella Mokeski. Using the information in the 2016 article, we can locate her immigration document and place of origin in Poland. Finally, searching for a record in Poland, we find a match in Wizna, Poland, confirming a 1913 birth.

2016 sister Phyllis Cartwright's obituary: Phyllis E. Cartwright, of St. Johns, died Sunday, June 12, 2016 at the age of 93. She was born May 26, 1923 in Jackson, MI the daughter of Joseph and Stella (Chmielwska) Moczarski. Phyllis enjoyed fishing, bowling, playing bingo and loved spending time with her family. In her younger years she liked going to dances.  On May 23, 1942 she married William Cartwright and he preceded her in death in August 2006. She was also predeceased by four sisters and five brothers. Surviving is one son, Joseph (Karen) Cartwright of Jackson, MI; two daughters, Wanda Hill and fiancée Bill Wilson of Jackson, TN and Charlotte (John) Jolly of Falmouth, MI; nine grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren and one sister, Victoria Rozelle of Hudson, MI.

MOCZARSKI, FELIX Of Grass Lake, passed away at home under the care of his family on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at the age of 85. He is survived by his sisters, Victoria Rozelle of Hudson, MI and Phyllis Cartwright of St. Johns, MI as well as numerous nieces, nephews and loving family members. Felix was one of thirteen children born to Joseph and Stella (Chmelewski) in Jackson on May 8, 1929. He retired from GM after thirty years of service. Felix enjoyed the outdoors, working on his farm and spending time with family. Services honoring him will be held at the funeral home on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 1:00PM with Father Kurian Kollapallil officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday from 4 until 6PM, followed by a Rosary service. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Allegiance Hospice.
