How plausible is the case of Nasaria Rojas Vallejos? (1909-2019) I couldn't really find too much information on her, other than she would have held the title of OLP in Peru along with S.R C. for a time. I have the contact information of the news station that interviewed her in 2019, and I can contact them if it would help.

Found some discrepancies in the case of Mr. Chanca Santos. Apparently he originally claimed to have been born 28 July 1910, but in his 113th Birthday video, he claimed birth of 28 July 1909, and when he passed away in 2022, the Peruvian Council said he had been born 28 July 1911, and yet the Gerontology Fandom Site lists him as being born 14 June 1910. Either way he was probably an SC, but I'm going to go with 28 July 1910 because 28th July is the most consistent date, and 1910 appears more often than 1909 or 1911. Just sayin'
