The anonymous lady of Frankfurt (GER, 1910-Present) turned 116 yesterday. She could be the 2nd OLP in the world. The names of the jubilarians like she may not be disclosed anyway for data protection reasons. The chancellery of the president of Germany issues such congratulatory letters.
