Masu Usui was born on 18 December 1910 and is the oldest person in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. She is validated by LongeviQuest
She was recently visited for Respect For the Aged Day

The GRG validated Mrs. Usui's age on 5 January 2024. I assume this means she reached her 113th birthday
(amazingly, they have announced it right after the validation was complete instead of waiting 7 years)

Actually, lately they've been announcing validations before the actual validation.
