I think that Inah has better odds than Tomiko of reaching age 117+.

On 29th December 2024, following the sad passing of Ms. Itooka, Inah Canabarro Lucas became the World's Oldest validated living person.

Congratulations to Sister Inah on becoming the World's Oldest Person, late last year.

As Sister Inah is over a year older than Ethel Catherham (no 2), then barring any spectacular new validations, she will also be the oldest person to live in the year 2025.

As a curiosity, she became WOP at 116 years and 204 days, this makes it 1 year before the age at which Sarah Knauss became WOP (117 years and 204 days). 

And 1 year and 3 days after the age at which Kane Tanaka became WOP.

Without going too far off track, a possible risk to this developing relationships is on the male side, with GRG having verified Ilie Ciocan, who is now at 3.

in a worse case scenario we could have two candidates up for the WOM title in the coming months, with LQ and the GRG in disagreement.

As far as I can tell/am concerned, GWR needs documentation in order to approve a world's oldest living man candidate.

 GWR have incorrectly stated Inah's birth date as 9 June, it should be 8 June

She looks better in this photo. I have faith that she will become the oldest Latin American person ever and possibly reach 117.

Sister Inah has now entered the top 15 oldest people of all time, having overtaken Susannah Jones yesterday.

Congratulations to her.

Shes now only behind the 2 older Latin Americans (Maria Capovilla and Francisca Celsa does Santos). 

I think that Inah has excellent odds of becoming the first Latin American to reach age 117+. Possibly even of becoming the first Hispanic to reach age 117.5+, surpassing Maria Branyas Morera's all-time Hispanic record.
