Ms. Ottilie-Armilde Tinnuri sadly passed away, aged 110, on 1 April 2024 in Rakvere, Laane-Viru County, Estonia.

She was born on 3 February 1914 in Siberi, Kunda, Laane-Viru County, Russian Empire (now Estonia).

She was the oldest known person ever in Estonia, as well as the first to reach the age of 110.

She became the oldest known living person in Estonia, following the death of a 107-year-old anonymous lady, between 27 August 2020 and 2 February 2021.

She became the oldest known living person in Estonia, following the death of 110-year-old Ottilie-Armilde Tinnuri, on 1 April 2024.
Ms. Sipitsyna currently lives in Kiviõli, Ida-Viru County.

Endel Uiga was born on 3 March 1918 in Tallin and died on 21 Jun 2024, Estonia and shared the title of oldest man born in Estonia with Erdman Blank. He graduated from Tallin Technical University in the late 1930s. forced to leave Estonia when the Russians broke through in World War II. The family moved to the United States in 1949 and lived in Saratoga Springs. Endel worked as a green house help until he was able to pursue his chosen field of Electrical Engineering at Ballentine Laboratories for 18 years.

Larissa Sipitsyna died on 7 Aug 2024 at 107 years, 49 days, she is the 22nd oldest person in Estonian history.
With her death Lisette Otti born on 14 Jan 1918 becomes the oldest known person in the country, she is the 33rd oldest person in Estonian history.
Larissa was the oldest person in this country for 127 days, the shortest time since Vally-Emilie Heinola (2 days, between 23 Aug 2020-25 Aug 2020) was the youngest doyenne of the country to die since Vally-Emilie Heinola also, who died at 107 years, 47 days.

Erdman Blank, the oldest known living man in Estonia, is celebrating his 107th birthday today in Tartu, according to Tartu Postimees.

Blank was born in the village of Reola, in Tartu County, Estonia, on 3 March 1918, to mother Julie Blank (1890–1969). He had at least three sisters. He was born less than two weeks following the Estonian Declaration of Independence. At some point, he married Endla Toover (1928–2013), and the couple had six children.

It was reported that his hearing has declined, so speakers must write their speeches on paper and hand them to him. However, he still enjoys reading—he simply puts on his glasses, and everything becomes clear. Every morning, he reads the newspaper.

Following the passing of 106-year-old Hugo-Eduard Vaino (10 October 1915 – 9 March 2022), he became the oldest known living man in Estonia, at the age of 104.

Strange that the newspaper does not report anything about her who is the oldest person in the country and reports about the oldest man in the country

The grg fandon updated Erdman Blank's death on 29 Jun 2025, but no source was provided. The editor who made the update is not a troll, Gordei.k, he always makes constructive updates. I believe the source requested confidentiality.
But does anyone know anything about the subject?
If this information is true, he was the oldest man in Estonia since 9 Mar 2022 (3 yrs, 112 days), the longest since Arved Tamm (22 Jan 2014) 14 Nov 2017 (3 yrs, 296 days), he died at 107 years, 118 days, the oldest also since Arved Tamm (107 years, 287 days)

He is the 22nd oldest person in Estonian history, the 3rd oldest man in the country.

Lisette Otti, the oldest living person in Estonia, passed away in Tartu on 27 October, at the age of 107 years, 286 days. Her passing was first reported by Tartu Postimees.

Lisette Otti was born in Toovere, near Palamuse, on 14 January 1918. Her parents, who had married in Tartu, had fled there to escape the turmoil of World War I. At the time of her birth, Lisette’s father had been mobilized to fight in the Estonian War of Independence. Lisette attended Palamuse School, where she excelled in art, later studying for a year at the Pallas Art School in Tartu. When the Soviet occupation loomed, she left, foreseeing uncertain times and the need for stability. She then enrolled in the Tartu Women’s Vocational School, where she perfected her skills in various handicrafts.

Lisette had only one child—a daughter named Ina. She never married, as her partner disappeared during the war, and she raised her daughter on her own. By the age of 100, Lisette had two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.

Following the passing of 107-year-old Larissa Sipitsyna (18 June 1917 – 7 August 2024), she became the nation’s oldest known living resident.
