  I think he should be added. Since Julio is listed on the LQ website as pending review, there must be enough evidence to confirm his age.

What level of evidence do you require for someone to be included on a list like this? Considering that you have had no issue with including other partially documented cases, I don't see what makes his case any different.

She is the third person in Romania to reach the age of 111.
