Marcel Reichstein - the oldest known living person in Israel - has turned 109. He was born in Bucharest, Romania on 13 September 1913, and was a Holocaust survivor. After WW2, he moved to Israel.

Happy Birthday Mr Reichstein.
It’s great to see that Holocaust survivors are still racking up achievements almost 80 years after their experiences and liberation.
