Jose Manuel Polanco Tineo - of Gurabo, Santiago, Dominican Republic - turned 109 on 25 May 2023. He was born on 25 May 1914, and is currently the second-oldest (documented) living person in the Dominican Republic, after Francisco Reynoso.
