The sad passing of Kane Tanaka also confirms Fusa Tatsumi's (巽フサ) 115th birthday, see attachment.

The Japanese news article on her 115th birthday as well as become new Japan's oldest person included a photo, but not mention that when the photo was taken. There is no evidence that it was taken on her 115th birthday.
Anyway Congratulations Mrs. Tatsumi. The 2nd Osaka person who reach the age of 115 (1st was Misao Okawa).
