The Doyenne of Argentina is Ms. Casilda Ramona Benegas de Gallego (born 8 April 1907 in Trinidad, Itapua, Paraguay, 115).
She is the fourth-oldest validated living person in the world, behind Soeur André (FRA), Ms. Juniewicz (UKR/POL), and Ms. Branyas Morera (SPA/USA).
She is the first validated supercentenarian born in Paraguay, and she is also the oldest validated person to ever reside in Argentina.
She has been the oldest validated living person in South America since the death of Ms. da Santa Cruz on 23 January 2022. On 13 May 2020, she surpassed the age of Ms. Moyano to become the oldest validated person ever to live in Argentina.
Ms. Benegas de Gallego currently lives in Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
She has been validated by LAS and GRG.

After the death of Ms. Benegas de Gallego, the Doyenne of Argentina could be Ms. Rosa Catalina Barbero de Cammisi (born 15 November 1911 in Cavour, Las Colonias, Argentina, 110) who is currently the oldest known documented living person in Argentina (there are several people who claim to be 114, 113 or 112 y.o. in Argentina but no one is documented yet).
Ms. Barbero de Cammisi became the oldest known (documented) living person in Argentina, following the death of 115-year-old Casilda Benegas de Gallego on 28 June 2022. She currently lives in Esperanza, Las Colonias, Argentina.
Her case is currently pending on LAS.

Ms. Calderon de la Barca Curutchet became the oldest known (documented) living person in Argentina, following the death of 110-year-old Rosa Catalina Barbero de Cammisi on 19 August 2022.
She currently lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Update after the collected documents about Ms. Barletta.

After the death of Ms. Benegas de Gallego, the Doyenne of Argentina should be Ms. Isabel Barletta (born 12 September 1911 in Flores, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina111) who is currently the oldest known documented living person in Argentina (there are several people who claim to be older in Argentina but no one is documented yet).
Ms. Barletta became the oldest known (documented) living person in Argentina, following the death of 115-year-old Casilda Benegas de Gallego on 28 June 2022.
She currently lives in Flores, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Note: Ms. Barbero de Cammisi was never Doyenne of Argentina.
Ms. Calderon de la Barca Curutchet, for now, is not Doyenne of Argentina.
