Ms. Elsa Ferrari of Milan, Lombardy Region, Italy, turned 110 years old two days ago.
She was born in the same town on 2nd December 1913.
She is the 22nd OLP in Italy and the 3rd OLP in Lombardy Region behind Ms. Ortolani (111) and Ms. Pensa (110).
(confirmed alive as of today thanks to the italian team)
