As of right now, according to the gerontology wiki site the doyen of Guatemala is Mr. Gaspar Mendoza de Chichuj who was born on 17 May 1915, and is quickly approaching his 109th birthday. I couldn't find any information about him on LQ. Is his case documented? I couldn't find who is the doyenne of Guatemala, is she known?

Gaspar Mendoza is likely documented, but it seems there is too little information for any conclusive documentation connections.

Ms. Hercilda Orellana de Girรณn sadly passed away on 22 March 2025 at the claimed age of 109 years.
She claimed to be born on 31 December 1915.
She could be the oldest known living woman in Guatemala.
Rest in peace.
