The oldest living person in Kikugawa, Shizuoka is a 108-year-old man, Toshirō Ozawa (小澤俊郎), born on 1 October 1916. The statistics don't match this, but demographics from the previous months clearly show there is an anomaly in the demographics for 31 August; it seems a mistake has been made. The oldest women in the city are both 105 years old.
